The machining processing manufacture uses principal methods of metalcutting: turning, milling, flat grinding (external and internal), slotting, screw cutting. OJSC «Radiovolna» has a park of universal turning lathes and milling machines, including CNC machine tools; machining centers with the table size 400 x 400 mm; full- and semiautomatic lathes with cutting diameter from 1mm to 65 mm.
The flow line for generator shaft processing consists of the semi-automatic milling-and-centering machine, automatic hydraulic copying lathes, turning lathes and automatic centerless grinding machines.
