Manufacture of electric wire harnesses for automobiles of the concern VOLKSWAGEN AG
On February 1, 2003, the manufacture of electric wire harnesses for SUMITOMO ELECTRIC BORNETZE Gmbh was opened at the production facilities of OJSC «Radiovolna». The products are delivered to the conveyors of automobile concern Volkswagen AG.
The production is equipped with multiple conveyor lines, individual working places. Verification of the quality of the harnesses produced is carried out on electric tables. The procurement site of production is equipped with modern automatic equipment – Komax, BT-188. In 2013, the production of electric wire harnesses for the plant of the concern Volkswagen in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) was started. From 2019 electric wire harnesses are also delivered to the plant of the concern Volkswagen in Kaluga (Russia).
The manufacture of electric wire harnesses was certified for compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949.
